Peach Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles

Required Ingredients of Popsicles with Real Fruits:
- 350 grams of strawberry puree
- 355 grams of peaches puree
- 42 grams of honey divided
- 190 grams of vanilla Greek yogurt
Procedure:
- Step 1:Add strawberry puree & 28 grams of honey in a blender and blend them well until smooth, then pour this strawberry mixture into a bowl.
- Step 2:Wash the blender and add peaches puree & 14 grams of honey and then blend them well until smooth. Pour this mixture into a bowl.
- Step 3:In popsicle molds, first pour 20 grams of strawberry puree mixed with the help of a spoon, then pour 30 grams of yogurt and last pour 22 grams of peaches puree. Repeat this until the popsicle mold fill but make sure to pour the last layer of any fruit puree( strawberry or peaches).
- Step 4:Repeat those steps with 10 popsicles, and after filling, gently tap on the counter and then take a chopstick and make a swirl pattern with the chopstick from top to bottom.
- Step 5:Again tap molds on the counter to remove bubbles, then put them in the freezer for 1 hour; after 1 hour, remove them from the freezer and add a popsicle stick and again put in the freezer for 6 more hours or overnight.
- Step 6: After that, before serving, run in room temperature water or put them at room temperature for 3-5 minute in order to remove them from molds easily.

Minty Watermelon Popsicles

Required Ingredients of Popsicles with Real Fruits:
- 455 grams of watermelon slices divided
- 2 grams of fresh mint leaves
- 360 grams of coconut water
- 29 grams of lime juice
- 21 grams of honey divided
Procedure:
- Step 1:Add 380 grams of watermelon slices, coconut water, lime juice, mint leaves, & honey in a blender and blend them well until smooth, then pour this watermelon mixture into a bowl.
- Step 2:Then, the remaining 75 grams of watermelon slices are roughly chopped and added into 10 molds evenly.
- Step 3:Then, pour watermelon puree into 10 molds evenly.
- Step 6:After that, before serving, run them in room temperature water or put them at room temperature for 3-5 minutes in order to remove them from molds easily.

Blackberry Lemon Popsicles

- 150 grams of lemon juice
- 6 grams of zest
- 615 grams of vanilla greek yogurt
- 360 grams of blackberries
- 630 grams of mixed berry Greek yogurt
Procedure:
- Step 1:Add vanilla greek yogurt, lemon juice and zest in a bowl and whisk them with a hand beater until smooth.
- Step 2:Then add mixed berry greek yogurt and blackberries in a bowl and mix them well.
- Step 3:In popsicle molds, first pour 15 grams of lemon-vanilla mixed yogurt with the help of a spoon, and then add 20 grams of berry mixed yogurt. Repeat this until the popsicle mould fills
- Step 4:Repeat those steps with ten popsicles, and after filling, gently tap on the counter and then take a chopstick and make a swirl pattern with the chopstick from top to bottom.

- 660 grams of mango divided
- 500 grams of coconut milk, whisked and divided
- 50 grams of orange juice
- 63 grams of honey
Procedure:
- Step 1:Add 375 grams of coconut milk, 495 grams of mango, orange juice and honey in a blender and blend them until smooth.
- Step 2:Then roughly chop 165 grams of mangoes and add evenly in between 10 popsicle molds.
- Step 3:In popsicle molds, pour 40 grams of mango coconut puree into the mold with the help of a spoon, and then add 14 grams of coconut milk. Repeat this until the popsicle mold fills.
- Step 4:Then, tap molds on the counter to remove bubbles, then put them in the freezer for 1 hour; after 1 hour, remove them from the freezer, add a popsicle stick, and again put them in the freezer for six more hours or overnight.

- 510 grams of Apple Juice
Procedure:
- Step 1:Add Raspberries, Blueberries, chopped Kiwis, Peaches and Strawberries in a bowl and then mix them well.
- Step 2:Then, add these fruits evenly in between 10 popsicle molds.
- Step 3:After that, pour apple juice evenly into 10 molds.
- Step 4:Then, tap molds on the counter to remove bubbles, then put them in the freezer for 1 hour; after 1 hour, remove them from the freezer, add a popsicle stick, and again put them in the freezer for six more hours or overnight.
