Procedure:

  • Turn on the stove on a high-medium flame and then put a non-stick fry pan on the stove and add a little bit of butter; when the butter melts, turn the flame to medium-low and add meatballs in it and cook them for 5 minutes or until their color change into golden brown. Remove them from the pan and put them on a plate.
  • Add olive oil to the pan; add onion and both bell pepper when the oil heats up. Then, cook them for 7 minutes on low heat and occasionally stir with the help of a rubber spatula.
  • After that, add cumin, paprika, garlic, and coriander stalk and cook them for 1 minute. Then, add tomatoes, sugar, and beans and turn the flame on high-medium; when simmering, turn the flame on low and cook them for 5 minutes. Then add meatballs, cover the pan with a lid, and cook them for 1 minute on low heat.
  • Serve them with rice.

  • After that, in a baking dish, add fries. Top the fries with meatballs and sauce, then add mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  • Then, grill them for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  • Serve them immediately.

  • 455 grams of ground chicken
  • 90 grams of Italian-flavored breadcrumbs

Procedure:

  • Mince the lean beef in a bowl, then add breadcrumbs, nutmeg, garlic powder, eggs, and onion. After that, mix them well and give them the shape of 6 patties; put them in the tray, cover the tray with a plastic sheet, and set aside for 2 hours in the fridge or overnight.
  • Turn on the stove on a high-medium flame and then put a non-stick fry pan on the stove and add a little bit of butter; when the butter melts, turn the flame to medium-low and add 4 patties in it and cook them for 10 minutes.
