Procedure:

  • Turn on the stove on a high-medium flame and then put a non-stick fry pan on the stove and add a little bit of butter; when the butter melts, turn the flame to medium-low and add meatballs in it and cook them for 5 minutes or until their color change into golden brown. Remove them from the pan and put them on a plate.
  • Add olive oil to the pan; add onion and both bell pepper when the oil heats up. Then, cook them for 7 minutes on low heat and occasionally stir with the help of a rubber spatula. 
  • After that, add cumin, paprika, garlic, and coriander stalk and cook them for 1 minute. Then, add tomatoes, sugar, and beans and turn the flame on high-medium; when simmering, turn the flame on low and cook them for 5 minutes. Then add meatballs, cover the pan with a lid, and cook them for 1 minute on low heat.
  • Serve them with rice.

  • 5 oz beef meatballs
  • 1.5 oz of grated mozzarella

Procedure:

  • Cook fries according to your choice; you can fry them, bake them, or air fry them.
  • Turn on the stove on a high-medium flame and then put a non-stick fry pan on the stove and add oil; when the oil heats up, turn the flame to medium-low and add onions and cook them for 10 minutes. Stir them with the help of a rubber spatula occasionally.
  • After that, add garlic and chili flakes and cook them for 5 minutes. Then, add tomatoes, sugar, and oregano and turn the flame on high-medium; when simmering, turn the flame on low and cook them for 10 minutes.
  • In another pan, fry the meatballs for 5 minutes and then add sauce. When the sauce starts making bubbles turn the flame on medium-low and cook them for 5- minutes.
  • After that, in a baking dish, add fries. Top the fries with meatballs and sauce, then add mozzarella and cheddar cheese. 
  • Then, grill them for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  • Serve them immediately.

  • 405 grams of hot vegetable stock

Procedure:

  • Turn on the stove on a high-medium flame and then put a non-stick saucepan on the stove and add oil; when the oil heats up, turn the love to medium-low and add onions and pepper and cook them for 10 minutes. Stir them with the help of a rubber spatula occasionally.
  • After that, add garlic and chili flakes and cook them for 1-2 minutes. Then, add tomatoes, giant couscous, and veg stock and turn the flame on high-medium; when simmering, turn the flame on low and cook them for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then, add meatballs and spinach and cook them until meatballs cooked.
  • After that, pour the soup into a bowl.

  • If beef is unavailable and you’re non-Muslim, you can also use 12 pork meatballs instead of beef.

4-Ingredient Baked Chicken Meatballs

Required Ingredients for Healthy Meatball Recipe:

  • 455 grams of ground chicken
  • 90 grams of Italian-flavored breadcrumbs
  • 45 grams of shredded Parmesan
  • 1 egg

  • Turn on the stove on a high-medium flame and then put a non-stick fry pan on the stove and add a little bit of butter; when the butter melts, turn the flame to medium-low and add 4 patties in it and cook them for 10 minutes. Turn the patties occasionally. In the last 2 minutes, add a slice of cheese to each pattie.
  • Cut the bun into 2 equal pieces and heat them in a pan for 1 minute on both sides.
