  • 65 grams of baking cocoa
  • 28 grams of baking soda
  • 15 grams of baking powder
  • 29 grams of salt
Additional ingredients (for each packet):
  • 480 grams of buttermilk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 8 grams of red food coloring
  • Butter and maple syrup

Procedure:

  • Step 1: Add all-purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, baking cocoa, and salt in a bowl and mix them well; then take 8 cups from this dry mixture and put 2 cups in each air-tight container or zip bag for storing.
  • Step 2: Put these containers or zip-bag in a cool and dry place. You can keep them for up to 6 months.

To prepare pancakes: 

  • Step 3: Add eggs, buttermilk, and food color in a bowl; whisk them well, then add this dry pancake mix and blend them well.
  • Step 4: Turn the stove on a medium-high flame, then put a non-stick fry pan on it. When the pan heats up, turn the stove on medium-low flame, grease the pan with olive oil, and then pour the pancake mixture about 1/4 cup. When bubbles start making, turn the side, then cook until this side is golden brown.
  • Step 5: Then, serve it with butter and maple syrup.
  • Step 6: You also can serve pancakes with honey.

Procedure:

  • Step 1: Turn on the oven and preheat it to 375°F & Grease a baking tray with butter or you also can use olive oil. 
  • Step 3: Add milk, cinnamon, brown sugar, oats, salt applesauce, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla in a bowl and mix them well, then add walnuts and dried apples again and mix them well.
  • Step 4: Pour the pancake mixture of about 1/4 cup onto the greased baking dish. Bake pancake mixture for 25-27 minutes, then remove from oven and set aside for 10 minutes. 
  • Step 5: Then, serve it with butter and maple syrup.
  • Step 6:  You also can serve pancakes with honey.
  • Step 7: You can also top them with walnuts and dried apples.
  • Step 8: You can also store this pancake mixture for 3 months in an air-tight container in a cool and dry place.

Baked Oatmeal with Pears

  • 57 grams of chopped walnuts
  • 5 grams of ground cinnamon
  • 4 grams of baking powder

  • 1000 grams of unsweetened almond milk 
  • 60 grams of maple syrup
  • 26 grams of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 grams of vanilla extract
