  • 16 ounces spaghetti
  • 16 ounces of ground beef
  • 2 and 3/4 cups of crushed tomatoes
  • 45 grams of bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 118 grams finely chopped onion
  • 35 grams of finely chopped parsley
  • 35 grams of freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for serving
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 minced garlic cloves 
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt & black pepper for taste
  • 1 bay leaf

Procedure:

  • Step 1: Turn on the stove on a high-medium flame. Add water and 1 tsp salt in a pan when bubbles start; turn the flame on medium-low and then add spaghetti to cook until al dente.
  • Step 2: Then drain it with cold water. Add 1 tsp of olive oil to it; it helps to keep non-sticky spaghetti.
  • Step 3: Then take a big bowl and in this bowl add bread crumbs, beef, parsley, cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, egg and garlic clove. Mix them well until all things are combined. 
  • Step 4: Take two tablespoons of mixture and make balls from it. At the same time, make the balls by putting some oil in your palm or wetting your palm to prevent the palm from sticking mixture.
  • Step 5: Turn on the stove on a high-medium flame. Put a big pan on the stove and add oil to it. When it is heated up, turn the flame on to medium-low. Add fry meatballs for 10 minutes or until they turn a brown color. 
  • Step 6: After that, convert the meatballs into a plate and set them aside.  
  • Step 7: Turn on the flame again on medium-low flame. In a pan, add olive oil and add onions; cook them until they soften. Then, add bay leaf and chopped tomatoes.

  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 3 and 3/4 cups of crushed tomatoes
  • 5 parsley leaf
  • 10 basil fresh leaves 
  • Grated cheese

Procedure:

  • Step 1: First, turn on your oven and preheat it to 425F degrees.
  • Step 2: Turn on the stove on a high-medium flame. Add water and 1 tsp salt in a pan when bubbles start.; turn the flame on medium-low and then add spaghetti to cook until al dente.
  • Step 3: Then drain it with cold water. Add 1 tsp of olive oil to it; it helps to keep non-sticky spaghetti.
  • Step 4: In a big bowl, add beef, egg, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, black pepper, salt, cheese and chopped garlic. Now, mix them well until they are combined.
  • Step 5: Take two tablespoons of the mixture and make balls from it.
  • At the same time, make the balls by putting some oil in your palm or wetting your palm to prevent the palm from sticking mixture.
