  • 2 pounds of stew meat

  • Step 6: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 4 hours.
  • Step 7: Remove aluminum foil from the dish and add mushrooms, peas, and remaining red wine. Bake them for one more hour.
  • Step 8:  Put this cooked beef in a bowl and top it with sliced ginger and spring onion. Serve it with boiled rice or tortilla.

Ingredients that required:

  • 4 chicken breast halves with skin
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
  • salt and fresh black pepper to taste

  • 2 cloves of garlic 1 finely chopped and 1 thinly sliced

  • Step 2: In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon vinegar and two tablespoons oil, mix them well, and add chicken for marination—Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
  • Step 3: Turn on the stove to medium-high flame. Put a pan on the stove and add marinated chicken to the pan. After 4 minutes, turn the stove on to the medium-low flame.
  • Step 4: Cook for 5-8 minutes or until chicken color changes to brown. Turn the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Step 5: Cover the pan with the lid and cook for 3 more minutes.
  • Step 6: Cook the spinach for 2-3 minutes. Please turn the stove to medium-low flame, place a frying pan, and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Add sliced garlic in it and cook it for 1 minute.
  • Step 7: Add the remaining vinegar and sugar to the pan and cook for 1 minute.
  • Step 8: Add cooked chicken to this pan and mix well.
  • Step 9: Put cooked spinach on the plate and put the chicken on it.
